About Ripponburn

Life, the way you want to live it

Originally a hospital that opened in 1894, Ripponburn has a rich history. Nestled on two hectares beside a cherry orchard, 1.5 kilometres from the heart of Cromwell, this charming home combines the warmth of tradition with a tranquil atmosphere.

The Ripponburn Lifestyle Village offers modern, spacious villas with the independence of your own home and the reassurance of resthome and hospital care on site if you ever need it, minutes from the shops, cafes, parks and, our personal favourite, the library.
