The Promisian Badge

Our highest honour, worn on the chest

The Promisian Badge recognises masters of their craft: the tightrope walkers who delicately balance the needs of our residents and their families, our staff and our business, and lift everyone around them at the same time.

Nominations come from managers, colleagues, and residents and their whānau, across care homes, villages and the support office.

The Badge is awarded annually. Every recipient takes a permanent place on that year’s honours board below, and is acknowledged in our annual report. Recipients also receive a certificate, a personal letter from our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and an Extraordinary Employee Benefits card.

Some people are brave enough to go out for a wonderful, enlightening walk in the rain. They’re the Promisians. The other type just get wet.
