Who we are

A business built on people

Promisia Healthcare Limited is an NZX-listed aged care operator. Our principal activity is the provision of resthome and hospital-level care, alongside assisted and independent living options, dementia, respite, palliative, and care for younger people with lifelong disabilities. We currently operate six communities across Feilding, Christchurch and Cromwell, including Chatswood, which joined Promisia in October 2026.

We are large enough to invest, improve and deliver reliably, and small enough to stay personal, local and deeply linked to the areas we serve. Every number in our results is underpinned by the same promise our residents and families know us for: we care with heart.
