The Promisian Badge
2025 was the first year that the Promisian Badge was awarded to our people at Promisia.
The Promisian Badge is Promisia's highest honour, awarded to our people who consistently live our values, are masters of their craft and go above and beyond, exceeding expectations in their role.
Nominations open quarterly for people across all areas of the business, including care homes, villages and our support office. Individuals can be nominated by their managers or colleagues, or by residents and their family / whānau.
The Promisian Badge is awarded to nominees who are not only masters of their roles, but who share their knowledge generously, uplift others and create positive ripples through their everyday actions.
Our 2025 Promisian Badge recipients received the Promisian Badge and a certificate. They also received a personal letter from our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, as well as an Extraordinary Employee Benefits card.
